Return Policy: Unworn merchandise can be shipped back within 14 days of delivery for a refund of paid price, as long as it was not more than 50% off or a mounted jewelry it. The Customer must pay to ship item(s) back. All items must be unworn & unmarked. After 14 days from delivery, we will no longer accept returns. Please confirm your return with us via Facebook messenger or email.

Broken or damaged items: Please message or email us with 5 days upon receiving any broken or damaged items. All other items have a warranty of 60 days after being shipped from us, except Moissanite Jewelry. The Moissanite Jewelry will have a 1 Year Warranty. If the item is broken or damaged the customer will pay to ship the item(s) back. We will do our best to fix the item or replace it if possible. If it is not possible to fix or replace the item, another item can be chosen instead of the same value as paid.
